KVDRC 1977 Batch Reunion - April 2-4, 2027

| 2 | 02 April evening & 03 April morning | Dinner on 2nd and Breakfast on 3rd catered for in the hotel/resort | These will be catered in case required. Everyone is free to make plans to visit friends or explore. |
| 3 | 03 April, 1000h - 1230h | School Visit | As per School Visit Program shared separately. |
| 4 | 03 April, 1300h – 1430h | Working Lunch | Place to be decided. Lunch can be street food in places which can rekindle old memories.** |
| 5 | 03 April, 1430h - 1730h | Visit Areas of interest in Meerut | Everyone is free to choose where to go or just have a quiet rest. |

* Hotel/Resort Booking: Hotel/Resort will be booked after list of attendees with date and time of arrival and Departure is finalized.
** Working Lunch: Lunch can be street food in place/places which can rekindle old memories.
*** Gala Dinner: We will book one hotel/resort which will cater to our outstation guests stay and have a suitable party hall/garden for the gala dinner.
@ Phase-2: All classmates with their better halves will travel from Meerut to Dehradun/Haridwar/Rishikesh/Mussoorie/Dhanaulti for a 1 to 2 day trip which is being planned. Modalities for the same are being worked out.
